I believe that everyone can have a healthy life, if they so wish. To have a healthy life is very important being away from the stress. I know that this can be a little difficult, because we have a lot of preoccupations, but it is important to know that everything has a solution and that things will get better. We need to have a hakuna matata life style =D … I have this style and changed my life.

n other things, forget problems and eliminate stress. … I love listening to music, and whenever I'm stressed out it helps me a lot.
Another important thing is do exercise at least 3 times for week for 30 min minimum, this really can help, for example many people do exercise, because when you do exercise, your body releases endorphins, and endorphins make it people happy.
I believe that is important that people have a healthy life style, because this country has high rates of disease, like heart attacks, cancer, obesity, hypertension and depression. Is important to know that is in our hands change this, because is our body and our health.
