Dealing with the stress at the university

Today I’m going to talk the stress at university and how we can deal whit this.
I think as students from health area, we have a stressful life, especially in our career, because we had a change in our curriculum, we have a "curricular innovation", with this change we have new schedules and more pressure. Because of this, sometimes we can not share with our families and friends or do other things because we have to study.
I believe that is important that we can learn to deal with the stress. To do this is important to take a break in our life, and do something that we love, for example we can do exercise, sleep, listen music, paint, out with friends or just stay home and watch a movie. Only with do something to get us out of the routine, we can deal with stress.
Also is important that we organize our time, dividing our time in the day or week, and do all things in time and not generating an overload of homework. Other important thing is sleep well, cause only this way you can study correctly.
I can say that in this moment, stress is part of my life, is not the best of the life (I can tell you), but if you try, you can improve things. For example I always try to take it easy, and when things get complicated, I remember that things always get better.
